If your trying to connect to a protected wireless network you need to know the encryption type, ie. WPA2-Personal for example, and key. Is that the case? If so contact the person that administers the network to get that information. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/View-and-connect-to-available-wireless-networks http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Why-can-t-I-connect-to-a-network http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Why-can-t-I-find-a-wireless-network http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/What-are-the-different-wireless-network-security-methods If this is a laptop also make sure you have the wireless hardware turned on. Many laptops have a button on the top of the case or the side to enable/disable the wireless hardware or they may use a function key, ie. [Fn]+[7] for example. Check the users manual for your machine or the manufacturers support web site for help with that. You also can press the Windows logo key +X to open the Windows Mobility Center. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/Windows7/Keyboard-shortcutsMS-MVP Windows Desktop Experience, "When all else fails, read the instructions"

Hi, I would like to suggest you run the following commands with elevated administrator privilege to check the result. NETSH INT IP RESET IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS If it does not work, I also would like to suggest you try to assign an static IP address to your wireless network card to test the issue. Does it work?
